Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Its In Our Blood, you must contact us by email (orders@ItsInOurBlood.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Customers may exchange T-Shirts for shirts in the same style and a different size (see EXCHANGE POLICY - T-SHIRTS, below).
Out of Stock Policy
Our inventory may fluctuate by demand, so an item when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder or to allow you to replace the item with another. You may also opt to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Shipping Policy for In-Stock Items
All items are shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) of your payment. We can not, currently, provide an email notification when your order is shipped, but items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.

- 5-10 tshirts - $10.00 Priority Mail
- 11-19 tshirts - $20.00 Parcel Post
- 20+ tshirts - FREE SHIPPING
Its In Our Blood.com reserves the right to choose the best shipping method to get your order delivered in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost.

Return Policy
Defective merchandise will be replaced by NEW, non-defective merchandise of the same size/style as the defective merchandise, shipped via Priority Mail (USA) at Its In Our Blood's cost. If you receive a defective t-shirt from Its In Our Blood, contact orders@ItsInOurBlood.com via email with the subject "Its In Our Blood Defective Merchandise".
Its In Our Blood does not provide refunds for merchandise received by the customer in acceptable condition.
Exchange Policy - T-Shirts
Its In Our Blood customers may exchange any number of T-Shirts for replacement T-Shirts in the same style, and a different size. T-Shirts returned to Its In Our Blood for an EXCHANGE must be in unwashed, unworn condition, and free of dust, dirt, hair, and odor. To arrange an exchange of your t-shirts, please contact orders@ItsInOurBlood.com with the e-mail subject "Its In Our Blood Exchange", and include your full mailing address along with the sizes/styles of both the original purchase and the shirt(s) you wish to receive in exchange.
Its In Our Blood reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the original shirts are returned in washed or worn condition, or if the shirts contain dust, dirt, animal or human hair, or have an objectionable odor. If you plan to exchange your shirts, keep them in a clean area, and contact Its In Our Blood for exchange instructions as soon as possible.
By placing a T-Shirt order with Its In Our Blood, you are confirming that you have read and understand our EXCHANGE POLICY.
Its In Our Blood customers may exchange one size of t-shirt for another at no cost, as shown in the EXCHANGE POLICY - T-SHIRTS, above.
No Warranty Policy
Products sold by Its In Our Blood are not under warranty. Customer accepts all responsibility for merchandise received by Its In Our Blood in NEW, NON-DEFECTIVE condition. Its In Our Blood will replace defective merchandise at Its In Our Blood's cost, but no warranty is expressed or implied for the condition or utility of any merchandise once it is received by the customer in new, non-defective condition. By placing an order with Its In Our Blood, you are confirming that you have read and understand our No Warranty policy.
